Integration of SM:
The integration of social media and traditional media allows for an effective measuring of digital and traditional tactics to communicate your message to your targeted audience, now allowing you to expand it further.
Co-Creation:
Because social media allows for the public to create and deliver their message across the platform freely and to a large audience, integrating the audience into creating your message, it allows you as a public relation participant to know what it is that the audience cares for and what they want to hear, allowing you to write out your message. Target Audience
Before the creation of social media, your message could only go so far off into a certain number of publics however, the introduction of social media allows the organization/ company/ corporation to target their audience by zip code or the traditional perimeters as well as having a worldwide target audience.
